On Errors
When one makes errors of a similar type repeatedly, it is perhaps the most embarrassing experience one can have. Can you not learn from your mistakes? Are you simply unintelligent? Perhaps you are not fit for such tasks? Should we replace reward with whip? Do you need a shock collar so you can learn to behave like a mutt?
Penchant for electroplay aside, sometimes we cannot learn from our mistakes and are doomed to error, at least for more time than we would prefer. It is better, in these cases, to fail with open dignity than it is to self-flagellate or cease trying.
Fail, but fail your way. Fail, but fail with a smile. Fail, but fail with style.
